Biography

Jiao Liang is a Partner and a member of the Securities Internal Review Committee at Beijing Zhongyin Law Firm. He holds an LL.M. in Civil & Commercial Law from Minzu University of China and is currently pursuing in-service graduate studies in National Economics at Renmin University of China.

With over a decade of legal practice, Jiao Liang has worked at Beijing Junzejun Law Firm, the Investment Banking Department of Kaiyuan Securities, and Beijing Zhongce Law Firm. His combined background as both a lawyer and an investment banker gives him deep insight into capital markets legal practice.

In commercial dispute resolution, Jiao Liang has represented clients in a wide range of contract, corporate, and investment-financing disputes, with particular expertise in complex commercial litigation and arbitration. In private equity and capital markets, he has assisted numerous private fund managers with registration, filing, and compliance, and as a member of Zhongyin's Securities Internal Review Committee, has reviewed a substantial number of securities legal service projects.

Jiao Liang also serves as an arbitrator at the Weihai Arbitration Commission / Weihai International Arbitration Court and the Beihai Arbitration Commission / Beihai International Arbitration Court, Secretary-General of the Weihai Huancui Entrepreneurs Chamber of Commerce in Beijing, and a Youth Committee Member of the Beijing-Shandong Legal Expert Committee.
